Women play an important role in families, churches and society. Their contributions to education, leadership, community support and spiritual life help strengthen the communities around them.
The CSI Coimbatore Diocese Women’s Fellowship provides a space for spiritual growth, fellowship and service. Its stated areas of focus include educational opportunities, vocational development, leadership and outreach to people who need support.
Through shared learning, prayer and community engagement, women can encourage one another, develop their abilities and participate more confidently in service and leadership.
Fellowship also reminds us of the importance of listening, mutual encouragement and building relationships across generations. When women are supported and their contributions are valued, the wider community benefits.
Churches and families can contribute by creating opportunities for women to share their gifts, take part in decision-making and serve according to their interests and abilities.
